Dans ses motsShae Sawatsky was born and raised in Saskatchewan and had the privilege of completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and her Physical Therapy masters degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2022. Since graduating, she has worked in the orthopaedic world and has enjoyed working with clients of all ages.

She has a special interest in working with female athletes and has completed her level 1 pelvic health certification, as well as the Female Athlete course through Barbell Rehab. This allows her to address issues such as incontinence while lifting. Shae has completed her NCCP Comp Intro training in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. She also has her ARCT in piano performance and understands the unique strains/stressors which can be experienced by performers and musicians.
Shae’s true desire in her career as a physio is to come alongside and support/problem solve to help clients reach their goals - whether that be day to day life, sport, or recreational activities.
In her spare time, Shae enjoys Olympic weightlifting, playing piano, hiking, and trying to keep her numerous houseplants alive.
