Sheena graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy In March 2013. She worked as an RMT in Halifax Nova Scotia at Spryfield Physiotherapy and Scotia Physiotherapy Until October 2020 when she moved back to Saint Andrews, New Brunswick. Additionally, she worked as an Instructor at CCMH from 2013-2015, teaching Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, Therapeutic Exercise, OSCE preparation and Consolidated Practice. ---She is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB), and an active member of the Association of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (AMTNB) and MTANS in Nova Scotia. ---Sheena holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria and helping her patients achieve higher levels of health and wellbeing. She holds additional certificates in Cupping, Guasha, and Chronic Pain Management and has extensive practice in Pregnancy and Prenatal Massage. At Scotia Physiotherapy she worked alongside physios that specialized in TMJ disorders and performed Intraoral massage regularly with specific referrals from Physiotherapists and TMJD specialist physicians. ---Outside of work, she is a busy mom of 2 who loves the outdoors, exercise, gardening, baking and knitting.
