Dans ses motsShereen is an Alberta girl at heart, now soaking up everything BC has to offer. Her journey into bodywork actually started in 2007 with some very large clients—equine massage. In 2010, she officially transitioned her skills from horses to people, and has been helping humans feel their best ever since.
As a Fascial Stretch Therapist, Shereen doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Whether you need deep therapeutic work or a relaxing reset, she will fully customize your session to fit your exact goals and needs.
When she's not in the clinic helping you move smoothly, you can find her hitting the local hiking trails, crushing a workout at the gym, or spending quality time with her family and her favorite little sidekick—her dog, Harlow! 🐾🌲
