Physiotherapy AssessmentNew patient

« If this is your very first session with Sherry, if you have seen her before but for a different incident/injury, or if it's been over 6 months, then you will be required to book an Assessment first. This 60 minutes appointment includes a comprehensive medical history where Sherry will gather all the relevant information. With your consent, she will then perform a detailed physical assessment, (an internal examination may be recommended for pregnancy or pelvic health concerns). With the above information Sherry will develop an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. To support you in getting the best possible results, I recommend pre-booking at least four sessions, once a week for the next month. Consistency is key for progress, and having regular appointments helps keep momentum and accountability. « This service is available to all expectant parents who have already had an initial assessment with Sherry. This is a hands-on service for both the pregnant client and their birth partner instructing them on labour and birth positions, comfort measures and other strategies to help prepare them for labour and birth. »
