REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST Shiela Sotto is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been practicing since 2011. She has taken several courses to complement her 10+ years of clinical experience, including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University, and Fascial Stretching (Level 1) at Stretch To Win Institute. She brings to her role as an RMT a wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge, having worked with individuals of varying ages and diverse musculoskeletal conditions. Shiela is very passionate about helping her clients achieve optimal health and function as quickly and as efficiently as possible. She believes that this is best achieved by utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques including acupuncture, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, low level laser therapy, and deep tissue massage. Whether it is past or current injuries that limit daily or recreational activities, Shiela strives to return her clients to doing what they love, and improving performance. Central to Shiela’s philosophy is the concept that when you feel well, life is better. She is also a firm believer that prevention and a healthy lifestyle are the keys to long-term health. Shiela looks forward each day to working with our clients to help them attain and exceed their health and wellness goals.
