She continues to achieve and strengthen these ideals by advancing her knowledge and understanding of the body through the teaching of anatomy workshops, and by engaging in long-term yoga and meditative practice. Shirley maintains a passion for her clients’ health and well-being, with the goal to restore balance to the individual through mind-body connection. She incorporates a combination of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, while integrating the use of myofascial cupping, hot stones, and heated lemongrass towels.
