Born and raised in the sunny Okanagan, Shivneet completed the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College in 2018. Shivneet’s focus in massage therapy is to provide the highest quality of care to all her clients with a focus on patient education and rehabilitation therapy. She centers her practice around detailed assessments and reassessments to get a clear idea of the progress of treatments with the client’s goal in mind.
Techniques often used in Shivneet’s treatments include trigger point release, myofascial release therapy, active myofascial release, passive and active stretching, deep tissue massage and joint mobilizations integrated with Swedish Massage techniques. Shivneet has experience working with athletes, spinal cord injuries, BC Cancer Society, geriatrics, pre and post pregnancy and the general public.
When not working, Shivneet enjoys everything outdoors from hiking, swimming, trail runs, lounging at the beach, weight training and travelling, but most of all she loves spending time with her American bulldog, Ziggy.
