Sierra Graduated from Ambrose University in Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Then she went on to the University of Alberta to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy.
Sierra is a dedicated physiotherapist with advanced training in Functional Dry Needling (Levels 1 & 2), Mulligan Concept techniques for both the upper and lower quadrants, and skilled manipulation of the thoracic spine, cervical spine, and ribs. She combines hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Sierra is passionate about helping people move better, feel confident in their bodies, and return to the activities they love. Her approach focuses on restoring function, building resilience, and empowering clients throughout their recovery journey.
