Simrat is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, holding both a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She is skilled in a variety of manual therapy techniques, which she integrates with her passion for exercise-based therapy to provide comprehensive care.
A former varsity basketball player, Simrat was recognized as a 4x CCAA Academic All-Canadian as the Captain of her univeristy team. Currently as a club-level basketball coach, Simrat has a deep passion for sports and working with athletes. Her firsthand experience as an athlete allows her to appreciate the delicate balance between performance and health, and she is dedicated to offering patient-centered care that promotes recovery, strength, and mobility. Her hospital experience has also lead to an understanding of joint replacement surgeries, management, and recovery!
With a strong commitment to movement, health, and fitness, Simrat enjoys hiking, playing basketball, weightlifting, and spending time at the beach in her free time

“Awesome experience and service! A few weeks ago I sprained my ankle during a volleyball tournament, I came here and Simrat helped me treat my ankle. Simrat is very kind, she gave me exercises for my ankle and massages which helped me recover faster! (She has magic hands 😝)
