Sina is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Bryan College and has been in practice since 2024. He uses deep tissue techniques with a calm flow to relieve deep tension, reduce stress, and address the aches that build up from work, everyday strains and busy routines. As a new father, Sina is especially passionate when working with parents. He has a present day understanding of how long hours, lifting children, poor posture, interrupted sleep patterns and daily stress can take a toll on the body. He is truly passionate about his work. His treatments are thoughtful and personalized, designed to provide both pain relief and a chance to truly slow down. Sina comes to us having treated some of our practitioners over the past year and we are excited to have him onboard our team. Sina is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel understood, safe, and comfortable. He creates a space where patients can relax, recharge, and leave feeling heard.

Hot Stone RMT

The heat from the stones help to relax the muscles, allowing the therapist to work deeper without applying more pressure. Many people find hot stone massage relaxing and deeply comforting. The temperature of the stones should be within your comfort level, make sure to let the therapist know if they are too hot. It is important to drink water before your hot stone massage to keep your internal system and skin hydrated. Hot stone massage may not be suitable for you if you have a medical condition, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or varicose veins. We cannot perform hot stone massage if you're pregnant. »
