About Siobhán
Since 1987, Siobhán’s distinguished career has been a journey from fitness-class instructor to cutting-edge exercise specialist and holistic lifestyle coach. In 2001, she joined the CHEK Institute, studying the principles of Paul Chek, world-renowned expert in corrective and high-performance exercise, stress management, and holistic wellness. Now as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Wellness Coach, she serves a wide variety of clients, including general population, recreational and competitive athletes, and Pre & Post natal women. She also has experience working with clients of specific needs, such as MS, Parkinson’s, and other complex health profiles.
Siobhán has a passion for teaching and loves to present group fitness classes, providing safe exercise instruction, coupled with fun. Over the years, her classes have included Spin, Step, Aerobics, Stability Ball, Pre/Post Natal, and Seniors’ workouts. She has worked in various fitness facilities in Ireland, including Westwood Club, one of the largest, as a personal trainer, class instructor, and staff trainer.
Siobhán is continuously updating and honing her skills in holistic health practices, with an enthusiasm for learning and development, and a genuine interest in helping people. She has been a volunteer worker for the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind since 2006, as cyclist, therapist, and assistant to blind participants. In keeping with her philosophy that life should be explored and enjoyed, when not helping others, Siobhán loves to spend time in nature, her garden, reading, and traveling.
She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and skills with the Evernew community, in both personal training and class environments, helping folks achieve an injury-free, healthy lifestyle.
