Dans ses motsSophie has graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. During these 4 years she had the opportunity to study in depth the fundamentals of human kinetics such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning and physical conditioning. She continued her education in manual therapy in Hamilton at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she obtained her M.OMsc, refining her education in anatomy, physiology, and the body’s mechanics.
Her journey in health and wellness has led her to Optimum, where she aspires to help patients improve their heath and mobility by restoring coordination in the body’s structure, alongside an amazing team of health professionals.
