Sophie offers a customized treatment where different modalities can be used, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, passive stretching, and manual lymphatic drainage. Sophie is also a fully trained Vodder Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapist. Note that MLD is a gentle technique that can be used for example to help reduce inflammation & swelling, can help with digestion and decrease stress. MLD can also be used pre and post surgery, where it bring support in the healing process.
