With over 20 years of nursing experience across hospitals, group homes, and day programs, Sophie brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her work with individuals of all abilities.
Her love for frequencies and vibration led her to study tuning forks, working both within the biofield and directly on the body to support pain relief, energetic alignment, and nervous system regulation. She is also a Master Reiki Teacher with over 6 years of experience, guiding clients through gentle yet powerful healing experiences.
Since 2020, Sophie’s path has expanded into a more holistic approach to whole-body wellness & honouring the connection between physical, emotional, and energetic health. Her sessions are intuitively led, meeting each person exactly where they are and responding to what the body and field are asking for.
