Assessment & TreatmentNew patient
« The initial assessment and treatment is the beginning of the search for what has gone wrong with your body's mechanics.
We start with a thorough history of your injury or condition, and then take you through a series of tests that allow us to narrow down the cause of your problem. We discuss our findings with you, and propose a treatment plan.
We can't tell you how long it will take for you to be completely painfree, but we can tell you that you should feel a significant difference by the time we have seen you 4 or 5 times. »CCMI AssessmentNew patient

« Sometimes, you aren't able to make it into the clinic to see your therapist. The current environment, with self-isolation or quarantine during a time of sickness around COVID-19 is one example, but video appointments are used more and more in today's health care environment. E-consults are a way to cut down on travel, save time away from work, or to use if you don't have anyone to watch the people you are caregiving for yourself. We offer secure, one on one time with you to check on how your injury is progressing, to review and progress your exercises, lead you through a mobility or breathing session, or to consult on other exercise modalities you may want to try out. »ExtendedFollow-up
« Hands-on treatment and exercise/motor control work with your physiotherapist, directed at the root cause of your problem.
Follow-ups consist of a recheck of your movement, strength, or some special tests. We do this to determine the effects of both our last treatment and your exercise program. Then we use manual techniques to work with your body to mobilize stiff joints or soft tissue, and work on refining your exercise program as needed.
Follow up appointments may be booked at a rate anywhere from 3 times a week to once every three or four weeks, determined by you and the physiotherapist, and according to the particulars of your condition. »TreatmentFollow-up
