À propos de Stacey
Dans ses motsA massage therapist since 2010, Stacey travels deeply into muscles & ‘sore spots’ by way of trigger point therapy as well as a nutritive, broad depth of deep tissue. She uses mindful breath work to invite presence at the start, during & end of treatments. During treatments, she utilizes a library of techniques such as myofascial rebalancing, general Swedish massage, cupping and passive mobility to work through the layers of restriction.
In her career, she has worked alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and Yogis and holds a deep respect for each of these modalities. In her life, she’s grown up as an athlete & physical health has always been & continues to be a priority. The world of Massage Therapy has opened her to connect her wellness rituals dimensionally in the realm of mental, emotional and spiritual practices. Her treatment guidance invariably encourages each person to lean into honouring each aspect of these within themselves.
You can expect to start treatments with Stacey by way of a brief discussion about your health history and treatment goals. From there, her treatment approach aims to stay respectful & intentional curating a state of peace & presence that ranks the nervous system response as the #1 priority of care. If possible, Stacey recognizes the interconnectedness of everything & highly recommends booking a 90 minute treatment for the first session with her to allow for a holistic approach & assessment of your full body tension pattern.
Stacey operates with a grateful heart. Her favorite places to be are in the woods, on the beach, quietly resting & nesting at home & in the mix of a fam jam.

« We use hot stones to increase blood flow to tissues and to stimulate a soothing “rest and digest” response via deep moist heat.
