« A couples massage is an experience for two that encompasses massage’s mental and physical benefits while promoting relationship health.
Our couples massage encompasses the same great experience you have come to expect and enjoy at Massage Heights. This experience still provides our signature massage tables and linens but is offered in a larger retreat room with two therapists who customize the session to each client’s needs while coordinating their start and finish times.
Experience the gift of self-care and relaxation with someone you love in one of our inviting couples therapy rooms.
Please Note: While it is common to choose a couples massage as part of a romantic experience with a spouse, girlfriend, or boyfriend, it is our experience that this treatment is often scheduled with a friend or other loved one. »SWEDISH MASSAGE
« Swedish Massage, often referred to as the “relaxation massage,” focuses primarily on relieving stress by settling the body’s nervous system; this modality promotes calming and relaxation of the mind and body.
Your Massage Heights therapist will use friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, as well as a range of long, smooth strokes and kneading performed at your chosen pressure. Your therapist may also integrate active and passive movements of the joints.
