She works with a wide range of clients, including older adults and those living with chronic conditions, offering care that adapts to each stage of healing. Stef has long been drawn to helping others and values creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and understood. With a background in trauma-informed care, she approaches each client with curiosity, respect, and sensitivity. Outside the treatment room, Stef enjoys cycling, mountain tops, exploring trails, and is a proud mom of two.
