Dans ses motsOriginally from Quebec, I have been practicing therapeutic massage since 2014. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax and found my passion for treating operational stress injury, traumatic brain injury, concussions and post-traumatic stress injury early in my career. Committed to continuing education, I studied Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunctions (TMJD) with John Corry and am currently a student of CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute International to further support clients experiencing chronic headaches, migraines, spinal injuries and trauma-related conditions.
I believe in empowering my clients with open communication, sharing my findings throughout treatments and integrating simple exercises in everyday life to help restore balance and ease of movement. Every treatment is unique as we are complex beings and created in alignment with my clients' goals. I provide a space that is comfortable and safe where my clients feel supported and heard.
When out of the clinic, I can be found cooking and baking with my two children, walking on trails and knitting at home with our cat Luna. All are welcome in my practice, from infants to the elderly.
