Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or undergoing IVF or IUI treatments, Stella provides compassionate, personalized care to support your fertility and overall well-being.
Beyond fertility care, Stella treats a wide range of health concerns, including women's health conditions such as painful periods, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, and menopause. She also helps patients manage neck, shoulder, and back pain, improve digestion and sleep, reduce stress, and feel their best. In addition, she offers cosmetic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation treatments to support healthy, radiant skin.
Stella combines acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and therapeutic nutrition to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's needs. She believes in taking the time to listen, educate, and empower her patients, creating a warm and welcoming space where they feel supported every step of the way.

« **Initial TCM Acupuncture Session (75–90 minutes)**
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your health history, current concerns, and overall patterns of imbalance. The session begins with a detailed intake covering symptoms, medical history, digestion, sleep, stress levels, menstrual or hormonal health (if applicable), and lifestyle factors. Traditional diagnostic methods such as pulse and tongue assessment may be used to help guide treatment planning.
Following the assessment, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment, which may include techniques such as acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, or other supportive therapies as appropriate. The goal of the initial session is not only to address your primary concern but to create a personalized treatment strategy moving forward.
