Stephanie is a registered physiotherapist who has been practising since 2011. She provides assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and, since 2014, has specialized in pelvic health physiotherapy, developing expertise in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related concerns, and postpartum recovery. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centred care and strives to create a supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their function, confidence, and quality of life.
