I work to create a safe and trusting environment that welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds. This coincides with my natural ability to listen with empathy.
I have experience working with spouses of First Responders, Active-Duty personnel, Veterans, and frontline workers. I provide support to clients centered around reproductive health, and the mental health aspects of the peri- and post-menopausal period. I also work with Disordered Eating and am familiar with the outpatient and inpatient intensive treatment plans in the province of BC.

Education and Training:
Through the University of Victoria, I completed my undergrad in Child and Youth Care and was involved in individual and family services in various communities in BC. Through the completion of my master's in counselling psychology through Yorkville University, I completed my registration as both a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor.
