Dans ses motsStephanie's approach to counselling is holistic and neuro-affirming. She sees humans as multi-faceted, and believes in the importance of recognizing the interconnectedness of the many parts of us that
make us who we are. She provides counselling support through various modalities from play therapy, art therapy, somatic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. She provides pediatric counselling for children age 5 and up, youth counselling for ages 12-17, and adult and family counselling.
