Sukhan graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. During his time at Simon Fraser University, he competed as an NCAA athlete and was a member of the Canadian National Wrestling team. These experiences fostered a special interest in sport-related injuries, which ultimately led him to pursue a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Sukhan is a certified practitioner in intramuscular (IMS) therapy, concussion management (CCMI), GLA:D Canada Arthritis program, and a Lvl 3 NCCP coach. Sukhan enjoys working with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and age groups. He utilizes his training and skills to address the whole person and encourages his patients to be partners in their health/rehabilitation journeys in order to improve their quality of life.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys youth coaching, reading, travelling, and taking walks with his dog.
