In my practice, I'm all about bringing harmony to your body and mind through the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). My goal is to help clients not only in relieving symptoms but also in promoting preventive health and vitality by addressing the root causes of imbalance.
I utilize a variety of TCM techniques to restore balance, promote circulation, and relieve stagnation include acupuncture needling, guasha (myofascial release), and cupping modalities.
If needles aren't your thing, no worries! Your comfort is key. I encourage you to discuss your preferences with me so that I can customize a treatment plan to suit your comfort level. Treatment plans are always tailored to the individual's constitution, symptoms, and underlying imbalances, diagnosed through a thorough clinical assessment, to support overall health and well-being.
