Dans ses motsSydney, originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan and later completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.
Having grown up playing various sports, movement and athletics have always been a part of Sydney’s life. She believes in an active approach to rehabilitation, blending hands-on therapy, education and targeted exercises. Sydney also has additional training in Dry Needling.
Sydney is dedicated to empowering her patients to reach their goals through encouragement and collaborative patient-centred care and keeping them doing the activities that they love.
Outside of the clinic, Sydney enjoys staying active with strength training, pilates, and hiking. She also enjoys playing and watching sports and being new to Calgary, is open to new suggestions for places to explore, eat or drink!
