Sydney Jeffrey RMT Sydney graduated from the 3000 hours advanced clinical Massage Therapy program at MaKami College. This is where she became passionate in helping others in their healing process and assisting in injury rehabilitation. Sydney’s goal with every treatment is to optimize recovery time, alleviate discomfort, increase range of motion and improve overall muscle health. Treating patients through a combination of trigger point therapy, cupping, relaxation/ therapeutic/ deep tissue techniques, sports therapy and prenatal massage to help assist each individual client and their needs.
