Welcome! My name is Sydney and I am a registered provisional psychologist. Throughout the therapeutic journey, my aim is to help individuals dress and navigate through their struggles and patterns
that affect their daily functioning. I have extensive experience working with vulnerable individuals with complex trauma in care and through this experience I honed my skills in being
trauma-informed, advocating, and highlighting the voice of marginalized individuals. I find
representation in the field matters and I aim to offer comfort and de-stigmatize those receiving services. I believe that although many scars of our past were not self-inflicted it is important for our self to work through them and move forward as despite everything we face we are all
capable and deserving of being whole. I offer individual therapy and work with various age group from 13 to adulthood. My areas of
focus include ADHD, life stressors, anxiety, depression, coping mechanisms, self-worth, grief, and trauma. I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical
