With a decade of experience working in diverse settings — from wellness spas to rehabilitation and clinical environments — Sylvia has developed a comprehensive approach to massage therapy. Her treatments are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, blending evidence-informed techniques with a compassionate touch. Sylvia is experienced in addressing stress-related conditions, injuries, and both acute and chronic pain. She integrates a range of modalities, from relaxation and deep tissue therapy to cupping and acupuncture, to promote overall balance and well-being. Passionate about ongoing growth, Sylvia continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care possible. She is committed to helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel their best in a safe and comfortable environment. Sylvia is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Trillium College in 2014 and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph.

« Price includes HST Your initial massage therapy treatment at our clinic needs to be a minimum 45 minute or 60 minute massage as there is a few minutes of consultation involved.
