Hana treats her clients with both deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques based on each individual’s condition and preferences.
The major goal each treatment is to understand the client’s concern and work together to improve their quality of life through effective treatment.
She enjoys high-intensity strength training exercises combined with interval running, as it helps her maintain both strength and cardiovascular fitness. She is also a regular member at Orangetheory Fitness.
