About Taha
Taha graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland (2021). Prior to becoming a physio, he worked as a personal trainer, combining his passion for health, movement, and helping others into a career focused on empowering people to reclaim their physical freedom. After several years of practice in Australia, he returned to Canada to be closer to family and continue his professional journey.
Taha’s key areas of interest include sports and running injuries, Men’s Health (particularly prostatectomy rehabilitation), low back pain, and active aging (including osteoarthritis and osteoporosis management). He continues to deepen his skills through advanced training and plans to pursue FCAMPT certification in the near future.
Taha blends manual therapy with exercise-based rehab and education to build long-term resilience. He believes in treating the whole person, not just the injury, taking time to understand each client’s story, goals, and values. His care is tailored, evidence-informed, and grounded in the belief that with the right strategy, every body is capable of meaningful growth.
When he’s not working, Taha enjoys basketball, skiing, weight training, and meditation. He lives by the philosophy that a healthy mind supports a healthy body, and tries to bring that balance into every part of life and work.
Taha's Certifications Include: UBC Bachelor of Science, UQ Master of Physiotherapy, Men’s Health Professional Development, Running Resiliency, Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science, The Painful Shoulder Course, Dry Needling Introductory Course (Australia).
