About Taha
Taha graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland (2021). His journey into physiotherapy was a natural extension of his personal training career, with a long-standing passion for movement, health, and helping people push past what they thought was possible. After spending several years in clinical practice in Australia, he has returned to Canada to be closer to family and continue growing his practice.
Taha's clinical interests span sports and running injuries, Men's Health, and active aging. He is currently working toward his FCAMPT certification, reflecting his commitment to advancing his physiotherapy skills and staying at the forefront of the profession.
His approach blends manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education, built around the belief that lasting results come from treating the whole person, not just the injury. Taha takes time to understand each client's story, goals, and values, and tailors his care accordingly. Everything he does is evidence-informed and grounded in one core conviction: with the right strategy, every body is capable of meaningful growth.
Outside the clinic, Taha enjoys basketball, skiing, weight training, and meditation. He believes a healthy mind supports a healthy body, a philosophy he brings into both his personal life and his work with clients.
