Dans ses motsTammy is originally from Red Deer, Alberta. She graduated in 2009 from Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer. She finished with Directors Honors and an Award of Excellence.
Since then she has been studying myofascial release and advanced arthokinetic techniques for the neck, back, shoulders and hips. Along with myofascial cupping. She likes to focus on trigger point therapy, joint play to increase Range Of Motion, PNF stretching and advising clients of weakened and tight muscles and how to help the recovery process at home.
She is determined to do what she can to release those tense areas so you can feel your optimal best!

« A therapy that treats many different types of the body systems. It can increase circulation, reduce nervous system firing and muscle tension. It also helps with post operative surgeries to reduce scar tissue and increase joint mobility.
Various techniques like kinesiology, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, stretching and joint play may be applied during a deep tissue massage. The therapist uses deeper strokes to address the fascia (connective tissue surrounding the muscles), and deeper structures. Myofascial Alignment & Cupping
« This treatment focuses on Myofascial release and alignment. Working with the 12 fascial layers in the body and using an ancient alternative treatment known as cupping.
The therapist will give a quick assessment to see where the body may be rotated or twisted. We will then loosen up the tight fascial lines by hand, and Cupping. Using negative pressure to pull the soft tissue and fascia up into the cups. Gliding the cups over the skin along the fascial lines, helps to pull out toxins, release tension, realign the body and rehydrate the muscles.
An addition to using silicon cups, we use cups that include heat and Red light therapy for a deeply penetrating recovery to the injured or tense area, which helps reduce inflammation.
