Dans ses motsHi, I’m Taneal! I grew up in Fort Saskatchewan and, after spending 20 years in Vancouver, my husband, our young daughter, and I returned to Fort Saskatchewan in 2021 to be closer to my extended family. Shortly after moving here, our second daughter was born.
Massage therapy has always been a natural passion of mine, and I've been in the holistic wellness industry for over a decade. In 2010, I studied at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage, where I trained in various modalities, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Joint Release, and Hot Stone therapy. I am also certified in Aromatherapy, Prenatal Massage, and Thai Herbal Stem Massage.
In 2011, I founded my own successful practice, Spiritus Wellness, in West Vancouver, where I combined elements of these techniques to create personalized, effective treatments for my clients.
After spending a few wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom, I felt my professional passion calling. To deepen my knowledge, I enrolled at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and graduated from their 2200-hour program in 2024 as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—swimming, walking by the fish pond or river, visiting all the great playgrounds the town has to offer, and exploring all the amazing bicycle trails.
I feel fortunate to be passionate about what I do and look forward to helping you feel your best!
