I specialize in using a strength-based approach, complimented by emotion-focused therapy, attachment theory, and child development principles. I have extensive experience addressing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting dynamics, and interpersonal relationship issues.
I am particularly passionate about supporting couples managing relationship challenges, transitioning into parenthood, guiding their children through various stages of development, and navigating the complexities of adolescence.
