Tanya Gabrielle, is a Registered Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC-Provisional) offering grounded, collaborative support to individuals, professionals and couples. She supports clients navigating trauma, depression, burnout, grief, chronic pain, life and career transitions and relationship support. Her practice is culturally and trauma-informed, client-centred, deeply influenced by existential therapy, and integrates both intuitive and evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Taking a holistic view of healing, her work is based on the understanding that emotions and the body are interconnected. She supports clients in working with emotions as a pathway to insight and awareness, while offering practical tools that can be applied beyond sessions to build resilience and support long-term growth. Her personal journey has shaped a deep appreciation for resilience and transformation, allowing her to hold space with empathy, curiosity, and authentic connection. Tanya completed an intensive, experiential Master-level counselling diploma at Rhodes Wellness College, with over 1,700 hours of clinical training. She holds a Life Coach certification and has completed continuing education in clinical training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
