Dans ses motsTara Chisholm is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 16 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH), she has worked in physiotherapy clinics, multidisciplinary healthcare settings, and wellness studios, developing an approach that blends evidence-informed care with individualized treatment.
Tara’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that emotional well-being, physical health, and the nervous system are deeply connected. Her practice incorporates advanced training in a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques, supporting mobility, recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Tara’s goal is for every client to leave feeling not only physically better, but also more connected to their body, more empowered in their health, and supported wherever they are on the road towards wholeness.
