« This is available to all current patients currently seeing a chiropractor in the office. The doctor will assess and cast for orthotics. The assessment is at no charge, however custom fit orthotics carry a fee of $450.00, which is typically covered by health insurance. Please check with your health coverage to ensure that a chiropractor can order and cast you for orthotics. « Assessment for orthotics as a new patient to the clinic. The doctor will evaluate your injury or reason for requiring orthotics and give treatment recommendations, however no treatment will take place for this assessment. If orthotics are deemed necessary, the doctor will cast and order custom made orthotics in the same visit (please note there is an additional fee for the custom orthotics ).
