Tara has always been passionate about helping others. She started off working with homeless and low-income seniors assisting with safe housing, access to food, addiction and mental counselling, and other resources. This is what sparked her interest in being able to help others with their physical well-being as well as their mental health. She graduated from the Ontario College of Health & Technology in 2018 a with her Massage Therapy Diploma and has been working in the field ever since.
Tara has experience and training in Swedish and deep tissue massage to develop relaxing and therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, decrease pain, increases range of motion and treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions. She also believes relaxation to be a huge benefit and works on calming the nervous system while treating problem areas. She strives to help clients achieve a better overall quality of life.
