About Tayler
Tayler is a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of interdisciplinary clinical experience supporting children, youth, adults, and seniors with complex mental health, neurodevelopmental, and acquired disability needs. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and specializes in using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, relational and play therapy, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
At Green Forest Therapy, Tayler integrates her expertise in disability-informed care, communication supports, sensory awareness, trauma processing, and identity exploration to create accessible, emotionally safe therapy tailored to each client. Her background spans mental health, speech and communication therapy, behavioural intervention, and neurorehabilitation, allowing her to support clients navigating autism, ADHD, communication disorders, visual impairment, stroke, grief, and more. She has also developed programs for neurodiverse youth and young adults focusing on social connectedness, emotional regulation, and self-identity.
Known as a “jack of many trades,” Tayler adapts therapy to meet clients exactly where they are, prioritizing deep listening and individualized care. Outside of work, she enjoys language, music, movement, poetry, dancing, Scrabble, and the New York Times daily Wordle.
