About Taylor
I am a registered social worker with 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, burnout, substance use challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and completed my Master of Social Work (MSW), which further deepened and refined my therapeutic approach.
I support adults, youth, and parents who are navigating stress, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, self-esteem challenges, and the complex pressures that can arise in caregiving, leadership, or high-responsibility roles. My approach is client-centered, inviting, and forward-moving — I meet you where you are, and help you move toward meaningful change with clarity, intention, and self-compassion.
I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and recovery-oriented principles. I take an intersectional and holistic lens — recognizing that mental health is shaped by the interplay between body, mind, environment, identity, relationships, and lived experience.
You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to begin. If this feels like the right time to connect, I invite you to reach out and book a consultation. You're welcome here, and we can move at a pace that feels right for you..
