###Massage Therapy
Taylor grew up competing in classical ballet. Receiving manual therapies throughout her years as a dancer was what allowed her to avoid pain and injury, it is also what led her to a career in health and wellness. Taylor graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and is currently studying acupuncture. She utilizes Swedish, myofascial, and stretching techniques to facilitate relaxation and reduce pain. Taylor treats overuse, sports, and accident-related injuries as well as assisting in chronic pain and stress management.

Taylor received her acupuncture training from Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine after working as a massage therapist since 2017. She decided to further her education as an adjunct to her massage practice, she felt that the addition of needles and cupping therapy could enhance her treatments. She utilizes massage and acupuncture each session depending on the patient's condition. She values the relaxation component of massage and finds it an essential part of an acupuncture session as it softens the muscles and invokes a state of relaxation preparing the patient’s mind and body for the application of needles or cups. She focuses on TMJ dysfunction, stress/anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, and muscle pain and tension.
