Hello! I’m Taylor, a passionate Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and an additional Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of sports teams, including football, rugby, hockey, and cheerleading. You might recognize me from my role on the medical team at Cheer Evolution competitions! As an advocate for holistic athletic performance, I believe that true excellence goes beyond physical strength. It encompasses mental well-being, thoughtful preparation, and intentional recovery. My treatment approach is comprehensive, combining hands-on techniques with customized stretching and strengthening programs. My mission is to help you reach your fullest potential, both on and off the mat. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying a walk with my dog, diving into a good book, or training with my team, Rebellion at PCT, as we embark on the journey to Worlds 2025!
