About Taylor
Taylor Rogers is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who earned her Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is passionate about supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges, fostering personal growth, and helping clients move toward greater fulfillment, resilience, and emotional well-being. Taylor works with adults experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, anger, emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She believes that each client is the expert in their own life and strives to create a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and understood. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, she tailors therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, you will explore the factors contributing to current challenges, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build healthier patterns of thinking, communicating, and relating to others. Taylor is committed to helping clients gain deeper self-awareness, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Outside of her clinical work, Taylor enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and finding opportunities to connect with the people and activities that bring her joy.
