Taysha is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, who has always had a passion for health and wellness, which she feels naturally lead her down the path to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
Taysha has also completed her Craniosacral Therapy Training and is pleased to offer this modality to her clients as a standalone treatment or in combination with massage therapy, as they blend together seamlessly.
She enjoys working with her clients to create a unique treatment plan, based on their individual needs. Her approach to practice includes general Swedish massage, muscle energy, fascial work and various stretching techniques. Her special interests are related to injury rehabilitation and helping clients with chronic pain.
Taysha also has her 250hr Yoga Teacher Training certification and often draws on this education and experience when recommending home care to clients.
