About Tennille
Individuals 18yrs + . Special interest in supporting: - Grief and Loss - Trauma
Feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of your next step? Many people carry complex life experiences—grief, trauma, mental health challenges, or difficult relationship dynamics—that can leave them feeling isolated or uncertain about where to turn. When you’re holding a lot on your own, it can be hard to imagine a different way forward.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore what you’re going through with honesty and care. My approach centers listening deeply to your story, helping you make sense of your experiences, and supporting you in reconnecting with your own resilience and strengths. Together, we work at a pace that honours where you are, creating room for reflection, healing, and growth on your own terms.
I support folks navigating many forms of grief, including disenfranchised grief—the kinds of losses that are often overlooked or minimized, such as the loss of relationships, employment, identity, or hopes for the future. I also work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, offering grounded and compassionate support as you process and reclaim your sense of self.
In addition, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, recognizing and honouring the diverse ways people think, feel, and move through the world.
You deserve support that acknowledges the complexity of your life and honours your capacity for healing and change. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying and move toward a future that feels more steady, connected, and hopeful.
