With a patient-centered approach, Kim helps her clients achieve their goals by providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to recover, prevent injuries, and optimize performance. She holds a certification in manual therapy from the Association Québécoise de Physiothérapie Musculosquelettique Avancée, ensuring the highest quality of care. She is also certified by La Clinique du Coureur, allowing her to effectively prevent and treat running-related injuries.
Kim has completed several postgraduate training courses in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation, specifically related to incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum, and pelvic pain. With her expertise, she supports women at all stages of life, helping them regain comfort and an optimal quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Kim stays active through running, spinning, bouldering, and pilates, which helps her better understand the physical demands of various sports and activities.

« During the initial consultation, the physiotherapist will gather all the necessary informations regarding your general health and your injury. The physiotherapist will perform a detailed physical assessement of your condition and will explain to you all the findings of the evaluation.
The physiotherapist will explain to you the treatment plan, the recommended frequency of follow-up appointments and will answer all your questions.
The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan and will prescribe you a therapeutic home exercise program.
