Teri-Rose graduated from VCMT in 2018 and previously studied Health Sciences and Kinesiology in Nova Scotia.
Teri-Rose has a keen interest in learning about the human body and believes an integrated approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation and maintenance is the most effective way to help you perform and feel your best. She has experience working with youth to elite sport, chronic pain management, postural imbalances and more. She uses various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. Teri is excited to join the team at Garibaldi Active Wellness and help you achieve your health goals!
