Terri is a proud mother of three and grandmother of three, and her family is her greatest source of joy and inspiration. Outside the clinic, she reconnects with nature through activities like camping, horseback riding, and paddleboarding. Music is another lifelong passion; after learning the clarinet in high school, she taught herself the bass, ukulele, and piano. Constantly exploring new skills keeps her energized and motivated.
Terri is certified in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT1) – Inner Fluid Dynamics, This advanced technique enhances traditional lymphatic drainage by detecting the rhythm, direction, depth, and quality of lymph flow. It traces pathways and identifies the most effective routes to drain stagnant fluids, including lymph, interstitial, and synovial fluid. Additionally, it improves circulation, supports the immune and parasympathetic systems, and promotes overall wellness.
A graduate of Lethbridge College and a Registered Massage Therapist, Terri also specializes in cupping, prenatal and postnatal massage, and lymphatic drainage therapy. She is passionate about holistic health and tailors each session to provide a restorative and personalized experience for her clients. Whether helping with relaxation, supporting new mothers, or promoting overall wellness, Terri finds it an honor to assist her clients on their journey to better health. Balancing her work with family and her love for outdoor adventures, she stays inspired and dedicated to her craft.
