Thomas Sniedzins
À propos de Thomas
Dans ses motsPracticing from the belief that health is intrinsic to the body, Thomas, R. Ac, TCMP, applies the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) combined with osteopathic philosophies to uncover the root causes of dysfunction. Each treatment is individualized to address both primary concerns and underlying contributing factors, working closely with the patient to enhance health.
Thomas continues to expand his knowledge through his enrollment in the 5-year program at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy, gaining a greater depth of understanding of the body and honing his skills for effective treatment. Additionally, his involvement in the Golden Harmony Qi Gong community and over 15 years of martial arts practice provide him with an intimate understanding of the body's mechanics and energy flow, enriching his approach to patient care.
Modalities may include acupuncture, manual therapy, cupping, gua sha, heat therapy, nutrition and lifestyle consultation, exercises to improve biomechanics and tissue health, and breathwork. Additionally, Chinese herbs may be prescribed if their healing qualities are needed for a particular situation.
